MNA Credentialing Department Database

The goals of this project were to improve data organization and efficiency.

The team needed a system to track tasks and licensing information to ensure that critical deadlines and the renewal of provider credentials were not overlooked.

I developed a user-friendly application that includes a dashboard for daily monitoring of tasks and credentials.

Although automation was not a primary requirement for this project, some automated features were incorporated to help the credentialing coordinators manage their time effectively. The project includes linked Excel spreadsheets.
